When two different cultures meets, is always a wonderful, emotional event! Especially when both the two cultures, hindu and Greek, are colorful and joyful!
Deepti and Nick decided to celebrate their love in a beautiful agriturismo in Trequanda, close to Siena, surrounded by their family and friends coming from all different parts of the world, to cherish this cute couple.
The photographer Simone Miglietta took some incredible pictures that captured this super cute couple and the beautiful setting I created with some special professionists.
This special event was divided into three different ceremonies: the Mehendi Party, the Haldi Ceremony and the Wedding day.
The Mehendi party is also known as the Henna Ceremony, where the bride, groom and their friends, are "painted" by special henné artists. After the ceremony friends and family enjoyed a delicious pizza party, to celebrate the italian culture too.
The day after, in the morning, the Haldi Ceremony took place. What an emotional event! Everyone, me included, enjoyed it a lot! In this particular celebration, the family and friends, wish to the couple the best luck and lots of love, with a special act: decorate the face and body with a mixture of curcuma which make them look all yellow. After all the blessings, the parents of both, wash them with water.
It was a really emotional moment both for the couple and all their guests who cerished them and showed their love for Nick and Deepti.
The last day, was the crowning of the event: the Wedding day started early in the morning and it lasted until the lunch time.
What a beautiful wedding! The Indu ceremony has been incredible and really inclusive: in fact, the Priest involved all the participants explaining all the different steps of this particular ceremony.
Fire, fruits, rice, spices were part of this event.
After they were finally declared wife and husband, the party started!
Thanks to the talented indian catering, the guests have had the chance to taste and enjoy the delicious food they prepared.
Now it's time to relax and get ready for the dinner and party!
After some rest, the newlyweds and their guests enjoyed a tasty aperitif and a superb tuscan dinner, to get ready to party hard!
Thanks to the great DJ, they danced all night long and they ended a beautiful, inclusive, emotional and fantastic three days ceremony, which I was lucky to organize and coordinate!
I really wish Deepti and Nick, and their adorable families all the best!
